• Hand-Made Nature: Because our candles are individually hand-poured and crafted, slight variations in color, texture, and scent throw may occur. These are natural characteristics of hand-made goods and do not constitute a defect.
• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors will accurately reflect the actual color of the products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT (if applicable) at the current rate.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times and costs are provided at checkout. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.

Condition of Returns: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If a candle has been lit or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct an amount for the diminished value.

Return Costs: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
